 How to use: Please start by washing it with soap and hot water by hand and rinse. Use your belt wet just with soap suds. Start to scrub your body with long strokes and side to side movements after you have been in the shower a few minutes and your skin is well hydrated. The belt will help you remove dead skin cells and increase blood circulation from hard to reach places.
